Great Service and very good prices. I used to order all my lawnmower parts online till I discovered that Dekalb Implement's prices were almost as good if not better in certain circumstances as what I got online. Parts department is very nice and provides great service.

Ok...just to be clear. I was at this place but it the halfway point between our town and St. Charles. So we met my wife's sister there and exchanged kids. However the place looks amazingly clean from the outside.

Nice place and polite and respectful staff I get all my parts and equipment here.

Outstanding customer service. Purchased a Sthil grass trimmer and couldn't be happier. Very professional and courteous. Dekalb Lawn could learn a thing or two from these guys.

Just called in the other day needing a new connector and starter switch for my little 1983 John Deere tractor, I forget the name of the man I spoke to on the phone all I know is he wears glasses, but he was very customer oriented and good to talk to you on the phone which was nice because I am a nobody to these people. They had the parts I needed in stock And when I got to the parts department to pick up my stuff he had to even printed me out a wiring diagram for my tractor! I will definitely be a returning customer!

Awesome experience! didn't have what I wanted at Rockford store.didnt call and talk to anyone to give heads up before my fault.headin home decided to take what I found out was a pretty short drive to Rochelle.sure glad I did because not only did they have the one I had decided on z355 but also the other one I just wanted to look at.service was awesome and kind.they also took my rickety old trade.extra money off don't hurt.in and out in under 30 mins with what I wanted with free delivery.my salesmen's name was Tim but I don't remember his last name.if I talk to him again I'll add it to this posting.

One of the best dealerships ever. We have purchased 2 gators and a tractor, a 5 foot mower and a bucket. Service has been excellent, not only at the sales function, but their service department is not only skilled, but interested in doing a great job.

My husband and I have had the pleasure of working with Terry Miller. We have been going to J.D. Kings almost 25 years. We had recently moved to Wisconsin and we were looking to upgrade our mower. We had gone to Monroe Wi John Deere and really did not like them. So my husband had called Terry to see if we bought a mower over there if Terry would deliver it to us. Well he came out this weekend and bought us our mower.
